I liked the fact that it is closed to everything,7 mins from the beach, 5 mins from the main square but still far from the mess and in a quite area. In the rooms there is a fridge and cattle which really helped.The swimming pool was dirty but as soon as I told them they cleaned it. Overall it is a good solution to stay at this little hotel.They should put some sun shades next to the swimming pool as it is too hot.

The property was fantastic, very nice and clean with a cool pool area to chill out in with deck chairs / sun umbrellas. There were also nice plants and other tables / chairs around the pool. The room was well sized and decorated nicely with useful additions such as a fridge, ironing board and plenty of mirrors. David (FoH) was welcoming and friendly, gave us a useful introduction to the property and local area and he was happy to help with any of our queries. The location was excellent, allowing for a 10 minute walk to the beach and plenty of the best bars, cafes and restaurants within 5 minutes, whilst still being peaceful. Edwin the cleaner did a fantastic job and was always smiling.

Perfect location, less than 5 minutes from ferry and about 7 minutes to walk to the beach. Totally quiet at nights but totally walking distance to everywhere. Rooms are simple but clean and lovely. No bugs, one pathetic fly in my room during my whole stay. Nice little fridge to keep your snacks and drinks cold. The water pressure in shower was awesome. Loved the big mirror on bathroom door. Pool is lovely. Not huge, but so nice to cool down after a hot day. Lots of chairs and tables in the garden (considering that hotel has 10 rooms), so you can hang out and watch hummingbirds. Staff is friendly and my favourite was Oreo, the official hotel mascot (cat). He keeps you company and the softest meow ever. Such a chill little dude. If I'll go back to Holbox, I'll book this hotel again for sure.

Wow, we loved this hotel. The location is perfect, 5 minute walk from the port and 10 minute walk to the main square. The rooms are beautiful with minimal modern decor. They have a kettle and a fridge in the room which is so handy. The AC is perfect and essential in the heat of Holbox and also having the option of the pool was great. The domestic staff ensure the room is spotlessly clean everyday which we really appreciated. The staff were very welcoming, so much so that we stayed an extra night!

The property is simple but elegant. The pool is really nice, and the room comfortable and well-laid out. Plenty of places to lay out our stuff. The fridge is a nice bonus. It's about 5 minutes to Centro, 8 minutes to the beach. And at the price we got it, it was a really great deal!

The hotel was very well located, close to the ferry, to the city center and to the beach. Provisioning of towel for the beach was unexpected and turn-out to be very useful. Air-conditioning and ventilator work well. The pool was a plus during the hottest time of the day and at the evening. The room was clean and Davide was very friendly and provided all needed information at Hotbox.

Location was perfect! Super close to the ferry, and close enough to the center that it was easy to walk to, but still quiet at night. The pool was also really nice to take a soak in after being on sand all day. The room was spacious and the shower had good water pressure. Definitely recommend staying here, if you want a bit more of a quiet and relaxing spot 😉

Pool and lounge area was great! Room was laid out nice with comfortable bed, AC, fridge and en-suite. Close to ferry point and also not far from the beach and main square. Reception staff were very friendly and often in the office which made it feel even more secure

Compared to other prices this is a steal of you want to stay on your own versus a hostel. Very close to ferry (maybe 5 min walk) and very close to the beaches maybe around 10 minutes. As others mentioned , Holbox does flood when it rains I still managed to walk around.

Good value for money on an expensive island. Clean, did not replace towels unless you asked to save water. Very close to the dock so you can walk with your bag rather than get a taxi. Fridge in the rool a nice touch. Check out and check in was smooth. Pool was nice if shallow.
